1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the application confirms that you accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Purpose of the Application

MaapiLeo provides land measurement, GPS Farm Walk, plantation planning, agricultural calculators, PDF reports and related farming utilities.

3. Measurement Accuracy

Results depend on GPS signal quality, device hardware and user input. Measurements are estimates and should not be treated as official government survey records.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying measurements before legal, financial or official use and for using the application responsibly.

5. Premium Purchase

If available, premium purchases such as Lifetime Remove Ads are processed securely through Google Play Billing and follow Google Play policies.

6. Third-Party Content & Advertisements

Users acknowledge that MaapiLeo may display advertisements served by Google AdMob to help support free app features. By using the app, you consent to the display of these advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

All application content, branding, software and design remain the intellectual property of Oxbarda Tech.

8. Limitation of Liability

MaapiLeo is provided "as is". Oxbarda Tech is not liable for losses resulting from reliance on measurements, calculations or application usage.

9. Updates & Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application indicates acceptance of the latest version.
